But bad actors tried to throw cold water on Concepcion's combine performance after clips of his media interviews drew attention.Concepcion addressed those clipsSunday night with a heartfelt post about going through life with a speech impediment.

In the post, Concepcion explained that he wants to be "a role model for those who may be scared to speak." He offered thanks to those who supported him and encouraged others to not be affected by the negative thoughts of others. He ended the post with the hashtag #stopthenegativity.

Throughout his draft journey, Concepcion hastalked openlyabout his speech impediment. Concepcion said it used to be worse earlier in his life, but that taking speech classes helped.

In September, he told the Associated Press he's learned toembrace the impediment as something that makes him unique.

"Everybody has their own flaws, and it's just about how you embrace those flaws and that makes you you," he said.

Concepcion also appeared on Shannon Sharpe's podcast in November totalk about his speech impediment.

The 21-year-old Concepcion finds himself high up on NFL Draft boards after turning in a strong junior season at Texas A&M. After transferring from North Carolina State, Concepcion gained 919 receiving yards and scored nine touchdowns in his first season with the Aggies.

That performance was good enough to make Concepcion a possible first-round pick in the 2026 NFL Draft. That's exactly where he sits in Yahoo Sports' latest mock draft, which was released post-combine. Inthat mock draft, Concepcion is going just inside the first round, with the New England Patriots taking the wideout at pick No. 31.

Stylist Law Roach confirms Tom Holland and Zendaya's marriage in interview

Zendaya and Tom Holland have always kept their private lives away from the prying eyes. After reportedly getting engaged last year, their fans eagerly awaited news of their marriage. The stars have not yet released any official statement about their marriage. But stylist Law Roach dropped the bombshell claim that the couple has gotten hitched. This has sparked fresh buzz around their relationship status.

Roach made the claims while talking with Access Hollywood on the red carpet at the 2026 Actor Awards on March 1. During the interview, Zendaya's longtime stylist said, "The wedding has already happened," teasing, "You missed it."

The surprised reporter confirmed, "Is that true?" and Roach replied, "It's very true" with a laugh before ending the chat.

Just days before, Zendaya was reportedly spotted wearing a gold band on her ring finger, sparking wedding rumors. Before that, she was seen wearing a diamond ring at the 2025 Golden Globes on January 5, sparking rumors that she and Holland had gotten engaged.

However, Tom Holland's father, Dominic, later shared details about the proposal on his Patreon account. He mentioned in his January 10 post that the actor "had purchased a ring."

As perPEOPLE, Dominic added his son "had spoken with Zendaya's father and had permission to propose to his daughter. Tom had everything planned out… When, where, how, what to say, what to wear." The proposal was even described as private and thoughtfully arranged.

Later, in September 2025, even Tom Holland broke his silence about his engagement. He sweetly corrected a reporter who had called Zendaya his girlfriend.

During the interview, when a reporter said, "I brought my daughter, and she got to meet your girlfriend." Holland laughed and corrected the reporter, referring to Zendaya as his "fiancée," putting all the speculation to rest.

NFL team made 'get arrested' joke to Fernando Mendoza in hopes he'd slide in 2026 draft

Most NFL teams discourage prospects from ending up in jail, but Fernando Mendoza revealed that one team was telling him to try and end up behind bars.

NY Post Sports Indiana quarterback Fernando Mendoza (QB11) at the NFL Scouting Combine.

The end goal?

Allowing him to drop a bit in the draft, presumably so that the team could take Mendoza.

The Indiana quarterback is projected to go No. 1 overall after helping to lead the Hoosiers to a national championship this past season, and plenty of NFL teams would do just about anything for the chance to draft Mendoza.

Speaking with CBS Sports on Friday, Mendoza said one team jokingly suggested he get himself arrested to fall down the draft board.

"It was, 'hey, maybe you should get arrested,' and I was a little confused, but then I was like, the slide … so you could slide in the draft," Mendoza responded when asked what the strangest question he'd gotten at the NFL combine was.

Mendoza added later: "So, hopefully I don't get arrested."

The future NFL star didn't reveal what team it was that made the comment, though he did indicate it was not said during a formal interview.

Mendoza received quite the reception while at the combine in Indianapolis.

The Heisman Trophy winner was given a loud cheer from the fans inside Lucas Oil Stadium last Sunday when he showed up in the building.

Mendoza did not participate in any drills at the combine, but he joined the other quarterbacks on the field during the position group's on-field testing.

Mendoza threw for 3,535 yards and 41 touchdowns this past season, while also throwing just six interceptions.

Another three-peat for Michael Jordan as Tyler Reddick makes NASCAR history for NBA legend

AUSTIN, Texas — Tyler Reddick's latest win drove him straight into the NASCAR record books.

Reddick held off hard-charging Shane van Gisbergen over the final 20 laps at the Circuit of the Americas on Sunday to become the first Cup Series driver to win the first three races of the season.

Driving a Toyota co-owned by Michael Jordan, Reddick won the season-opening Daytona 500 and a week later at Atlanta, then won from the pole in the first road course race of the year.

Jordan, the basketball Hall of Famer and six-time NBA champion, was with Reddick's 23XI pit crew exchanging high fives as Reddick crossed the finish line.

"It's one race, but it was so important," Reddick said. "It's so fitting to get three in a row and make history."

History made for a team and ownership group that has been making a lot of it. They took on NASCAR with a federal antitrust lawsuit. The settlement in December and was considered a major legal victory that secured a permanent franchise-style model and ensured the team would remain in business for the long-term.

They've been unbeatable on the race track ever since.

"I'm proud of the team we put together," Jordan said. He credited co-owner Denny Hamlin, who also is a driver for Joe Gibbs Racing, with being the "mastermind" behind it's racing success.

"I just put up the money," Jordan said. "Denny's done an incredible job building this team."

Jordan also said he'll be at the next race in Phoenix to see if Reddick can extend the winning streak that has built a commanding 70-point lead in the drivers' championship.

Van Gisbergen, who won five of six road course races in 2025, lost his bid for a record-tying sixth consecutive road win. The only road course race the Trackhouse driver didn't win last season was in Austin.

"Tyler was just amazing," van Gisbergen said. "You're always disappointed with second when the expectations are so high."

Reddick was just too good all weekend in pursuit of history. His 11th career victory was also his second at COTA, a track built for Formula 1, and the first time he's had multiple victories at a track. He won at COTA in 2023.

It was far from easy, even if Reddick looked like he was in complete control. Van Gisbergen was on his bumper for several laps in the final stage, but never found the pace to pass before falling farther and farther behind over the final six laps.

"I was just trying to minimize mistakes, Shane is so good," Reddick said.

Jordan, so clutch in his playing days, noted Reddick was cool in the driver's seat while under immense pressure.

"You see SVG coming back, you get a little nervous, but I think he had him covered the whole day," Jordan said.

'Mission: Impossible' star Ving Rhames says Tom Cruise taught him Hollywood's most important lesson

Between death-defying stunts, Ving Rhames embraced a different kind of mission — learning fromTom Cruisehow to survive and thrive in Hollywood.

Fox News

The actor, who has appeared in every "Mission: Impossible" movie in the franchise as world-class hacker and confidant Luther Stickell, is taking on a new high-risk operation.

As host of the History Channel series "History's Deadliest with Ving Rhames," he guides viewers through some of the most catastrophic natural disasters ever recorded, where the danger is real and survival is anything but guaranteed.

Leonardo Dicaprio Warns Young Actors About One Career-damaging Mistake They Must Avoid

The 66-year-old told Fox News Digital that explosions, car chases and high-altitude chaos aside, he's never feared for his safety while bringing "Mission: Impossible" to life, all thanks to the steady hand of Cruise.

"Tom Cruise made it quite safe for us," Rhames insisted.

From the very beginning, Rhames said the 63-year-old star managed to surprise him.

WATCH: TOM CRUISE CREDITED FOR TEACHER-TURNED-ACTORS JOB CHANGE

"[What surprised me about him?] I'd say the fact that Tom Cruise does not see color," Rhames said. "To work with a Caucasian actor who really didn't see color, I was very moved by the experience."

Between daredevil stunts, Cruise didn't hesitate to sit down and bond with Rhames.

"[My favorite memories] are talking to him off-stage," said Rhames. "Learning secrets he knew about the industry that he was able to talk to me about."

The biggest lesson Rhames said Cruise passed along was surprisingly simple: "Treat each person fairly."

In an industry known for ego and excess, Rhames said that principle has been essential to his longevity in the entertainment industry.

"[One big piece of advice is] to be in Hollywood, not of Hollywood," he said. "And that's just from years of experience."

Fox News Digital has reached out to Cruise's spokesperson for comment.

Before "Mission: Impossible," Rhames faced another challenge: portraying feared Los Angeles crime boss Marsellus Wallace in1994's "Pulp Fiction."Like with Cruise, he described the cast as "down-to-earth."

But there was one unexpected reason the dark comedy was so memorable.

"The tape on the back of my head!" he said. "I was going to a dermatologist, and I had a keloid injected. I had that Band-Aid on. So then the day we had to film, I had the Band-Aid off. Quentin Tarantino said, 'Where's the Band-Aid?' It was something that wasn't planned. It just happened."

The look stuck. To this day, fans have a few choice words when they spot Rhames.

"I'm gonna get medieval on your a--," said Rhames, referring to one of his character's most iconic catchphrases.

Even with decades of Hollywood experience, Rhames said he was unprepared for the disturbing stories uncovered in "History's Deadliest."

"We did an episode aboutsomething that happened in China," he teased. "I was affected because I really thought about how many people were affected by this [natural catastrophe]. If that happened in America, how would it have affected me? But I hope [these stories] will give knowledge. And I hope that the knowledge I get from it will make me a fuller human being."

After narrating "History's Deadliest," there's one thing Rhames would tell viewers.

"Never put anything past man — that's what I would say to them," Rhames said. "History repeats itself."

Rhames is still going strong, and Cruise remains just as relentless.

In May 2025, while speaking withThe Hollywood Reporterat the premiere of "Mission: Impossible – The Final Reckoning," Cruise said he doesn't see himself ever stepping back from action movies.

He previously told the outlet that he wanted to continue making "Mission: Impossible" movies until he was in his 80s, much like Harrison Ford, who continued making"Indiana Jones" moviesin his 80s.

"I actually said I'm going to make movies into my 80s; actually, I'm going to make them into my 100s," said Cruise. "I will never stop. I will never stop doing action, I will never stop doing drama, comedy films — I'm excited."
